REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how refunds, credits, and cancellations work for Wealth Waggle (“we,” “us,” “our”) and the products and services we offer through https://www.wealthwaggle.com (the “Site”). This Policy is part of, and should be read together with, our Terms and Conditions.
1. DIGITAL PRODUCTS AND SUBSCRIPTIONS
We sell digital products and subscription-based services, including access to resume tools, AI-supported guidance, templates, and member-only content (“Services”). Once you have access to these Services, they are considered delivered.
Because our products are digital and available for instant use, refunds are more limited than they might be for physical goods. Please read this Policy carefully before subscribing or purchasing.
2. FREE TRIALS
Some subscription plans may include a free trial (for example, a 7-day trial). The trial length and the price that will apply after the trial ends are clearly displayed at checkout.
Unless you cancel before the end of the trial period, billing will begin automatically at the rate shown at checkout. If you do not wish to continue, you must cancel before the final day of your trial.
3. SUBSCRIPTION RENEWALS AND BILLING
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle (for example, monthly) until you cancel. Renewal dates and prices are shown on our pricing page, at checkout, and/or in your billing emails.
By subscribing, you authorize us (through our payment processor) to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel in accordance with this Policy.
4. STANDARD REFUND POLICY
Because access to our digital content and tools is delivered immediately, all fees are generally non-refundable, except where a refund isBecause our Services are delivered digitally and can be accessed immediately, all fees are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or where we choose, at our sole discretion, to issue a refund or credit as a courtesy.
We typically do not provide refunds for:
- Change of mind after purchase or renewal

- Dissatisfaction with outcomes (e.g., not receiving an interview or job offer)
In limited cases, we may elect to offer a partial refund or account credit. Any refund amount may be adjusted based on factors such as:
- Account activity
- Usage of tools, templates, or other digital materials
- Overall service consumption
These decisions are made on a case-by-case basis and do not create a right to future refunds.
5. CANCELLING YOUR SUBSCRIPTION
You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account and following the cancellation steps in your account settings, or by contacting us at wealthwaggle@gmail.com.
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
- You will not be billed again after cancellation.
- Fees for the current billing period are not refunded unless required by law or issued at our discretion.
6. BILLING ERRORS
If you believe there has been a billing error (for example, you were charged the wrong amount or charged twice), please contact us at wealthwaggle@gmail.com as soon as possible. We will review your account and correct any confirmed mistakes, which may include issuing a refund or credit where appropriate.
7. CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES
If you have a question about a charge, we request that you contact us first so we can review and resolve the matter directly.
Filing a chargeback or dispute with your bank for charges that follow our posted Terms and this Policy may result in temporary suspension or termination of your account while the matter is investigated.
Where Services have already been delivered (such as access to digital content, tool usage, downloads, or account activity), we may dispute the chargeback and provide evidence to the payment processor.
8. NO GUARANTEES OF RESULTS
Our Services aim to improve the quality of your career materials and job-search strategy, but we do not guarantee any specific outcome. This includes—but is not limited to—job placement, interviews, promotions, or changes in income.
Refunds will not be issued based solely on the absence of a desired result.
